We DO NOT currently accept any forms of online payment except those accepted through PayPal. Repeat: this is NOT a secure website. To pay us directly with your credit card, please read the following.

If you wish to pay directly with your credit card (sorry, we don't accept debit cards unless they also carry a Visa or MasterCard logo), just call us at 1-301-912-2268. If there is no one available to take your call, you may leave your information or let us know when the best time to call YOU is; the choice is up to you. Please have your order confirmation number and your card available when you call.

Pricing

When determining prices, please remember we will be adding any applicable sales taxes and postage. Hairsticks are sent via using USPS First Class Mail in a bubble-padded mailing envelope. Alternate shipping methods are also available. Please inquire about their rates. Carvings are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We are proud to re-use/recycle shipping cartons whenever possible to save both the Earth and money.

Sales Tax: All required sales taxes are added to all orders which are shipped to the following states:
Maryland (5%);
Virginia (4.5%); and
New York (varies by county - current list available in Pub 718).

Ordering Do's & Don'ts

Please feel free to place your order either by US Mail, telephone, or by web-form (Note: we have email access, but over the last 6 years, the amount of UCE (aka "spam") has gotten overwhelming. Use of this form will generate an email to a real, live person who will return it with our real email address. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Please do not send cash through the mail.

Please do make checks payable to KJ Craftworks.
Please do be sure to include the cardholder's signature and expiration date when paying by credit card.

Please do remember that all carvings are one-of-a-kind and that we may not have yet moved it to the Previously Sold section.
Please do remember that occasionally, we may run out of a particular hairstick bead. We will notify you as soon as we discover this fact.

At this time, we do not have a web-interface for taking orders for carvings (getting more information online is a higher priority to us). Please do get the name of the piece before sending your request by email or telephoning. If you would like to order a pair of hairsticks, do that here.
